From the issue description, I understand that the Sketchbook app keeps crashing on your computer. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

1. Do you get any error message when you are using Sketchbook app?

2. Do you face this issue with any other apps?

You might be facing this issue due to third party software conflicts. I suggest you to place the computer in a Clean Boot and check if it helps.

You may follow the article mentioned to perform a clean boot.

Perform a Clean Boot
Follow the instructions (Step 1 for Windows 8) given in this link to perform a clean boot:

(Note: This article applies to Windows 10 TP also.)

Note: After performing the troubleshooting steps in clean boot, follow these steps to return the computer to Normal startup mode.

a) Press the 'Windows + R' key on the keyboard.
b) In the 'Run' windows type 'MSCONFIG' and click 'Ok'.
c) On the General tab, click the Normal Startup option, and then click ok.
d) When you are prompted to restart the computer, click Restart.

Nope , it doesn't help.  Also l noticed that Project Spark behaves the same way.

I tested both on a regular Desktop PC and they ran perfectly.

This didn't work for me either. I'm having the same problem.

Each time I launch Sketchbook for Windows Tablet on my Surface Pro 2, the app's splash screen appears (the one that just says "Sketchbook"), then crashes by minimizing itself to the task bar. If I tap the icon on the taskbar, the splash screen comes back up for about three seconds, then crashes as before. After about four times, the app will crash and disappear from the taskbar, as if closed.

There are no alerts, messages, or errors displayed at any time.

I've uninstalled the app, uninstalled the Wacom driver, searched for and deleted any leftover Wacom/Sketchbook files I can find, then re-installed the Wacom driver and re-installed the app. As a last resort, I've fully refreshed my tablet, wiping it completely and starting fresh.

Exact same results: multiple crashes, never leaving the initial splash screen, and, finally, closing. All without any sort of error messages.
